Access to some website content is based on how a particular client uses our services.
The Access Levels table illustrates how to identify content with limited access and how to determine if that content will be available to you after signing in.

Primary Access We are the primary reference laboratory for these clients. These registered users have full access to all information available on this site including content with gold locks. |

Secondary Access A substantial portion of this client's tests are sent to us but another laboratory is their primary reference laboratory. These registered users have access to any content with a green or grey lock but cannot access content with gold locks. |

Basic Access This includes both basic clients (those who use our services on a case-by-case basis) and non-clients who have registered for access. Content with a grey lock is available. Content with green or gold locks cannot be accessed. |

After after signing in, verify your access level by visiting your My Profile page. Located near the top of the page, the words basic, secondary, or primary, indicate your access level.
