Access to some website content is based on how a particular client uses our services.

The Access Levels table illustrates how to identify content with limited access and how to determine if that content will be available to you after signing in.

Requires Primary Access

Primary Access

We are the primary reference laboratory for these clients.

These registered users have full access to all information available on this site including content with gold locks.

Requires Secondary Access

Secondary Access

A substantial portion of this client's tests are sent to us but another laboratory is their primary reference laboratory.

These registered users have access to any content with a green, blue or grey lock but cannot access content with gold locks.

Transactional

Transactional Access

Mayo Medical Laboratories is used occasionally as a reference laboratory. These clients have access to anything with a blue or grey lock. Content with a green or gold lock cannot be accessed.

Requires registration

Basic Registration

Content with a grey lock is available to anyone who has registered for access to our site. Content with a blue, green or gold lock cannot be accessed.

If you are a client but your profile shows that you have Basic Registration, Customer Service can change your access level.


Verifying Your Access Level

After signing in, verify your access level by visiting your Profile page. Your access level will be stated in large print at the top.
